Suppression list
A list of email addresses that should never be re-mailed — bounces, complaints, manual unsubscribes.
When an address bounces (especially hard) or marks your email as spam, you must never email that address again. The suppression list is the platform-enforced version of "must never."
BoomSauce maintains a global per-tenant suppression list. Every send checks the list at queue-time; suppressed addresses are silently dropped before they reach the SMTP layer. No way to override this from the campaign UI — it's a deliverability safety net, not a UX preference.
Hard bounces and explicit unsubscribes are both written to the same list — there's no functional difference once you can't mail them.
