Deliverability

The reason your cold email lands in the inbox.

Every other tool sells you a sequencer and tells you deliverability is your problem. We sell you the infrastructure layer they hide from you — and surface every signal so you can see the system working.

Six layers, working together.

Cold email deliverability isn't one trick. It's a stack of decisions enforced at every level — domain, mailbox, IP, content, cadence, reputation. We make all of them, and we make them visible.

Real-mailbox warmup peering

Warmup runs through CheddarInbox — a private peer-to-peer network where every email lands in a real mailbox owned by another tenant on the network. Real human-pattern engagement (open, reply, archive, mark-not-spam) generates real reputation signals at Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. No synthetic traffic, no public warmup pools, no detection by mailbox providers.

Per-mailbox reputation scoring

Every mailbox carries its own bounce rate, complaint rate, and engagement window. We don't rotate to a mailbox the moment it spikes. The platform pauses warmup, flags the mailbox, and keeps it out of the rotation until it heals. Single-mailbox burnout doesn't poison the domain.

Domain rotation enforced at send-time

You can't accidentally send 5,000 emails from one domain because the UI lets you. The send queue picks the next eligible mailbox by health score — not the one you typed last. Cap-per-domain, cap-per-mailbox, and cap-per-IP gates run on every send.

Native SendGrid stats reconciliation

We pull mailbox-provider-bucketed stats (Gmail, Google Apps, Yahoo, Outlook, other) directly from the SendGrid Stats API every night. Bounce, deferral, complaint, and unique-open rates roll up into mt_reputation_daily. No dependency on Google Postmaster Tools enrollment, no per-domain manual verification, no Gmail-only blind spots.

Auto-pause on bounce/complaint thresholds

Hard bounce rate over 5%, complaint rate over 0.1%, or sustained deferrals trigger automatic warmup pause + alert. The mailbox stays receivable (you don't lose replies) but stops sending until the rates recover. Bad lists hit the brakes before they hit the ban hammer.

Auth standards enforced — not optional

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured on every domain at provisioning. We don't ship a domain to production sending without all three resolving correctly. DKIM is dual-selector (SendGrid s1 + s2) so a single key rotation doesn't take you offline.

Every signal, visible.

Most platforms hide reputation behind support tickets. We surface the same dashboards we use to run the network.

  • Per-mailbox health score (bounce + complaint + warmup state)
  • Per-domain reputation timeline by mailbox provider
  • Daily reply rate trend across all sequences
  • Auto-pause history — every flagged mailbox, every reason
  • SPF / DKIM / DMARC live status (re-checked every 6h)
  • Suppression list — bounces and complaints flow into a global sink, never re-mailed

See the dashboard before you sign up.

The reputation rollup, mailbox health page, and benchmarks data are all visible in your account from day one — before you send a single email.
