How it works.

01

Upload your list

CSV upload with any email column. We dedup before billing — you pay for unique records only. Job creation debits your wallet at $2.00 per 1,000 records.

02

Cache check first

Known verdicts from our cross-tenant intelligence cache return instantly — no probe traffic needed. If an address was validated by any campaign on the platform, you get the result in seconds.

03

Probe + classify unknowns

Unknown addresses go through SMTP probing, DNS verification, and heuristic scoring. Each gets a verdict: Good (deliverable), Risky (uncertain), or Dead (bounce-certain). Probe traffic runs on our dedicated validation infrastructure — never touches campaign sending lanes.

04

Report: counts + confidence

When the job completes, you see a breakdown: good count, risky count, dead count, and overall list health score. Every verdict written to the cross-tenant cache — your job makes the platform smarter for everyone.

05

Download cleaned list

Download the good-only list (or good+risky, your call) as a CSV ready to import into your sequence. Dead addresses are stripped. The report stays in your account history.

Network immunity — every bounce protects every client.

When any address on the platform bounces — from any client's campaign — that verdict is written to the cross-tenant intelligence cache and blocked platform-wide. The next client who tries to send to that address gets a dead-verdict hit from cache instead of taking the bounce.

This is the opposite of how isolated validation tools work. NeverBounce validates your list once and that's it. Our moat compounds: every job, every send, every bounce makes the platform more accurate for everyone else.

What's in the $2.00.

Included

  • SMTP probe validation
  • DNS / MX record verification
  • Disposable address detection
  • Role-based address flagging (info@, support@)
  • Catch-all domain detection
  • Cross-tenant verdict cache (instant on known addresses)
  • Good / Risky / Dead classification
  • Downloadable cleaned list
  • Network-immunity: verdicts shared across all campaigns

Not included (by design)

  • Inbox placement testing (that's a warmup product concern)
  • Open / click engagement scoring
  • Phone number validation
  • LinkedIn / social enrichment

We validate to a single goal: is this address deliverable or dead? Inbox placement is a warmup concern — deliverability is a validation concern. They're not the same problem and we don't conflate them.

Billing mechanics

  • Billed at upload. The wallet is debited when the job is created, not when it completes.
  • Post-dedup billing. We dedup your list before counting rows. You pay for unique addresses only.
  • Flat rate, no tiers. $2.00 per 1,000 records whether you validate 500 records or 500,000.
  • No free allowance. Every record billed. No free tier, no trial credits, no promotional exceptions.
  • Forced validation. In managed campaigns, validation runs before any send — automatically, no bypass.

Clean your list before you send.

Upload a CSV, get a good/risky/dead report, download the cleaned version. $2.00 per 1,000 records. Wallet-billed.
